When JFK took office in 1961, he was the richest individual to hold the role. Kennedy was born into a wealthy family, and though he accepted the president’s annual $100,000 salary, he chose to donate those funds to
charity rather than pocketing any for himself.

But there was another president before JFK who did the same thing:
Hubert Hoover.

Those are extremely generous gifts!

But, as you know, Someone much greater than any U.S. President,
gave a lot more!

We have received an unshakeable Kingdom—life eternal—

through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What an amazing gift!
Let’s determine not to take this gift for granted.
