I’ve been reminiscing on some of my favorite old hymns this week.
Unfortunately, I don’t hear them much anymore. But I still enjoy singing
them around the house and in the car.

With the current state our world is in . . .
the pandemic still raging,
political unrest,
a fluctuating economy . . .
this hymn gives me a needed reminder
of where my focus should be—
and that it needs to be razor-sharp
on Christ my Savior.

I hope it encourages you!
And I hope it helps you regain the hope and focus Christ desires you to
have in Him.

“Jesus Is All the World to Me”
Will L. Thompson

Jesus is all the world to me:
My Life, my Joy, my All.
He is my Strength from day to day;
Without Him I would fall.
When I am sad, to Him I go;
No other one can cheer me so.
When I am sad, He makes me glad.
He’s my Friend.

Love,
Susie
