Traffic

Researchers tell us that Chicago has the worst traffic in our nation. On a global scale, Chicago is tied with London.

The average American loses approximately 51 hours in traffic each year. That’s a lot of lost time!

What do you do while you’re behind the wheel?
Listen to the top-40?
Scream at other drivers?
Chat with whoever is in the car with you?

Ever thought about praying during your traffic time?

Remember, God is in the car with you.
So take advantage of being in traffic together.
Tell Him about your fears, and frustrations, and praise Him for the good things in your life!

In August 2010, motorists outside of Bejing, China became stuck in the worst traffic jam ever! The jam stretched for 60 miles and lasted 11 days! Ugh.

No matter what kind of traffic you’re in . . . God is right there with you!
And if He can calm a raging sea, He can give you peace amidst hundreds of other vehicles.

“Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed. I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.” (Is. 41:10 LB)

You are loved!
